Refund Policy

ATTENTION: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, THERE ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN PROCESS.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the received items, you can return them within 14 days of the order date. In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all correct parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as upon receipt.
  • There has been normal handling of the product; if the product shows damage or breakage due to careless use, the return will be refused.
  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  • The product must be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs and/or administrative fees (€21.78 per item) to the customer. We also reserve the right to refuse return shipments if the customer cannot provide a valid reason or if the above points (1-4) are not met, or if the return period has expired, including any delays with delivery services.

A return is processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this period. Once your return is processed, the payment will be refunded within 30 days via the same payment method used at purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control.

Note: we are not responsible for cases where the 14-day return period has expired due to delays with delivery services or lengthy customs procedures. In some cases, we may consider exceptions, provided reported within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us for more information.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@noravi.uk
  2. Make sure the email contains the following:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • First and last name
    • Address details

We will then contact you and send you the correct return address.

Never send the return shipment back to the sender; we will give you the correct address once you request it. You, as the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning and for any errors when sending to an incorrect address.

Consumers have the right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed neither predominantly to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the last item.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once the order has been placed, and refund is not possible after an order has been processed, shipped, and/or received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us noravi.uk) via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel the agreement. The cancellation is only complete once we have received the goods back. The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Delivery Times

Because our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer delivery times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, wait until you receive the products, and then return them.

Of course, you can notify us in advance of your cancellation.

For the fastest return processing, we ask you to send a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you (excluding shipping costs) promptly and no later than within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal and return. For the refund, we will use the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Has your order not been processed yet?

If your order has not yet been processed, cancellation is possible. However, please note that our automated system does not allow immediate cancellation after placing the order. If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it for an administrative fee of €18.00 excluding VAT (€21.78 including VAT).

Warranty

You only have warranty on the product if this is explicitly stated on our website. Warranty for certain products falls under the responsibility of the manufacturer, not noravi.uk. For any problems after several weeks/months/years, we refer you to the manufacturer for warranty handling.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible; however, the original item must be returned at your own expense. You can then place a new order. After receiving the returned item, the amount will be refunded. The new order must be paid for separately.
